Last year went and saw F1 at Nurburgring. Brilliant long weekend, and if your not a motorsports fan theres alot of castles, forests etc in the area. You can also do a detour route back via Bastogne for WW2 stuff too as the road between Brussels & Germany is the most uncomfortable road on this planet!
We stayed at Sliders Guest House. Not a biker myself, but good crowd with alot of good advice if your thinking of going on the old Nordschleife circuit.
Extremely cheap, and only approx' 5 miles from the circuit.
