When checking my race Metro over on last Tuesday night I discovered I had a duff front damper, it was all soft and would not adjust up.

Another thumbs up for AVO, I've got some 3 or 4 year old AVO rear adjustables on my 205, on one of them the adjuster has stopped having any effect, dropped them an email, they said post it in, got a phone call today to say it is repaired and on its way back to me, free of charge.

One of the chaps converting a metro at the London Show said they were great too. Very similiar to Leda which unfortunately folded...hopefully will return. On 19th Jan, 2010 wil_h said:

Sounds like 'Triggers' sweeping brush which he had for 15 years,
BTW - I took my buddy VTEC Pete out for a spin this weekend, and even though I am running her in, he gave it a name, the "Brocket"...cause I'm a brocket maaannn, nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah....
