I ordered some parts from http://www.turbo-supply.com and I could not get them to reply to my e-mails. I sent 5 of them them from 2 different emails in case there was a filter somewhere.

Initially I wanted to change one item but after 10 days I started to worry and opened a claim with paypal and asked for the order to be cancelled. after another 4 days I received notice from paypal (not turbo-supply) that the parts had shipped, I have not got them yet, maybe I will but I'll steer clear of this guy next time.

After I put a paypal claim in he sent 2 of the 3 items, then a few days later actually sent me an e-mail saying he was sick.. from then on he was OK and gave me a refund on the backorder but I'd still steer clear next time
