Usually ok imo, but in the last 2 months alone they have fluffed 3 of my next day deliveries.

Their latest blunder:

On the 7th of this month, I Paid £28 to have a parcel guaranteed to be delivered to a place in Reading next day (the items had to be returned by a certain date for me to get my money back).

After ringing their office here nearly every other day, getting the same bloke 'Very sorry but unsure what the delay is about, should be there for tomorrow etc' i rang today, and spoke to another numpty that went through their log, They picked it up on the 7th, then kept it here on the IOM till the 14th (!) where it was sent to Leeds (?), where its still is (now the 19th), at leeds!!!

WTF, it should have been in Reading on the 8th!

Im now 2 day out of the return period and its still not delivered, Im sure it wont be a problem, but if it is, then its entirely down to DHL being complete kak.

Have you ever to tried to collect something from overseas with DHL....it would be quicker to go collect it yourself. Lol

You should be okay as the airway bill will say the collection date and the service specified.

Not the best company admitedly though!

At work we always use DHL whenever possible....


That only cause of the female delivery driver though! LOL!
