Made myself a gudgeon pin removal tool today, dunno why just felt like it.

Basicly (and it is very basic*happy*) its a bit of steel bar machined to slightly less OD than the OD of a gudgeon pin with step down to slightly less than the ID of a gudgeon pin with a M10 thread up each end.

A piece of 1" tube with the inside tickled out to a little bigger than the OD of a gudgeon pin.

A bit of high grade M10 thread and nut and a puller bearing.

Tried it out on an old powermax piston (has flat sides) pulled the pin out easy.

i'll get some kind of drawing up for it when i get a chance.
