Anyone using, or thought of it ??

I was reading through the GT17 thread, and lack of a compressor map seemed to throw some people off.

Most of these may be too big, but here are quite a few maps for the Mitsi TD04 range of blowers

http://www.stealth316.com/2-3s-compflowmaps.htm#fm

Anyone think some of these could be useful ? Some of the Volvo fitments come with a T25 style flange, albeit with a strange circle machined into them.

I dunno Stevie, there are lots of maps available for the GT-series - and if you're able to 'read between the lines' - ie extrapolate information from the available compressors, you can probably make a guestimate on the 'no information' compressors...

oooh - that reminds me. I was meant to post up the R5GT data ages ago.... Will scan it in tonight.

I was thinking something along the lines of this one....

Seems to have good scope for up to 2 bar.

I intend to use an IHI RHB5 turbo on the 16 valver. Nice neat little package

Is it A-Series only? I think it should be...
So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

Forgotten more than most ever know

I am supposed to fit a small Mitsubishi TF035 to my engine since I sold my T3 setup a year ago. Some pics at http://www.geocities.com/jharkola/1380turbo6.html

One thing the Garrets have in their favour...they are usually easier to rotate all the housings.

The Mitsi range arent quite as flexible...

Ive seen the TD04 16T on ebay, Volvo fitment.
Can be had for around £300....although I can also get a GT22 for a similar price.
Map doesnt look quite as good for it though.
