That wieght differance you said a few pages back did that include the extra weight with the the mod on the wheel arches and the coilovers? Craig

I prefer it with the silver. The black doesn't suit a Mk1. A dab of gripfill as you install the silver trim and it will never come off again.

Simon what width wheels are they? 1/4 Mile 14.3secs 96Mph Terminal 10psi of boost.

Gripfill em on. You'll need a chisel to shift them let alone "fall off".

Silver just use four pop rivets before ans after the arch or the seam clips. IMO you will want to change it when the chrome stuff goes yellow. I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

I like the black trim as much as the chrome, infact i prefer the black, more subtle. |

i prefer the silver on this car. I would stick on as well. While rivets will work, they would also form a perfect rust trap |
