On the wrong side of the arm for that though. Could be weight saving, but it will only have saved a fraction and I'm sure there's be better/neater ways to do that.

No where near. 500kg if I'm lucky. But I'm actually considering fitting steel doors, as the carbon ones are fine for a race car, but they don't hold their shape to the door frame and let the overall finish down. So maybe 510kg if that's the case.

Once it's fully built the plan is to swap bits out here and there and drop the weight to around 490kg

For drag only, I'll be removing

Anti roll bars
Swapping to lithium battery
Oil cooler

one thing i can say about Matt and his minis, they are always way way too nice to drive ( imo )
we have met up at mikes and ill tell you as awesome his builds are they do get used hard *happy**happy*
