Not at all. I never thought about the colour scheme , it just turned out black and silver. I've been buying and collecting bits for 18 months now and at the time the car was red and didn't plan a full colour change.

You can get black ones, but I've probably spent about £250 on just fittings. There all forTeflon lines, so would need new hose and olives if I was to replace them and sell the red/blues ones.

I'm sick of throwing money at the project. In all seriousness the money ive spent could have paid my mortgage off.

1275c block is 34kg, so there would be a good 20kg saving if someone did a alloy block.

I got the weight of a std 1275 on my build page, I would have to have a look over it to see the weight.

I have started posting on Instagram also my name on there is turbomk1golf

Nothing is impossible it just costs more and takes longer.
