just popping the mg cam in. The half moon seal appears to have been rtv'd. My question is do I need the metal part or is that part of the old seal?

The metal part was originally moulded into the half moon seals so can't be reused. |

To be honest, driving it normally I get pretty much the same sort of mpg as I used to when it was NA. It's only when I'm driving it like a hooligan it goes under 25mpg which isn't very often haha
