I agree with Alex; nicely done.
It's hard to make a nice weld when welding thin walled pipe to thick walled flange!

Dazed and Confused....

Cheers Yo-Han yeah enough current to melt the flange is enough to blow great big holes in the tube. I have welded with Mig for years but now have use of Tig so am trying to make the most of it.

Chalkie my new project is an estate i had been looking for one for quite a while but most were miles away or way beyond my budget but one came up close and cheap enough icould get the cash together. Its not going to be turbo so not sure about starting a project here.

I got the turbo elbow piece all sorted earlier in the week.




And here ya go Chalkie its a clubman estate 1978 1098cc russet brown. Its got a funny story it was previously owned by a vicars wife (no seriously).
