Cheers lads, its not fluff it is a scratch but the gasket will still seal ok. I'm going for 1/3 red 1/3 green 1/3 black, its a winning combination, unfortunately med wasn't impressed... LOL

No more photos yet, I was having real trouble getting those, I'll get the better camera out today take some more, or you can have a look when your next around :) when I find my m8 grubs I need your assistance with the tap again :)

If you available this afternoon mate i can come round sporting drills / taps n a good camera think i found my bag of grub screws aswell if you cant find yours
not ported this spare yet thought id just jump straight in to mine cant be that hard with the correct tools will be buying a flexy attatchment for the drill though to make life easyer

Yes I'm free this aft. Drop me a text, I agree it can't be too hard, I can get you a burr with a longer shaft it needed? Would be interesting to see what difference it makes and how much.


If I can rob some grubs till I find mine that would be great, ill have to call off and get a couple of m14 bolts too, probably screwfix

Have you measured the holes are they ~12mm? I have an m14 tap anyway infact it does say some where in my build thread what i used on mine ill have a quick flick through it on my dinner

finally got it then lol, you may have to run cap heads in the 2 holes you dont have bolts and the one at 7oclock is a twat *tongue*

yeah i definately need cap heads, the one at 7oclock im going to struggle with, im going to need a really short bolt otherwise it puts it at too much of an angle to go through.

i thought about slotting that one with stud and decent 'head stud' type nut, but i could just get a cap head in there after a little thinning down of the down pipe
