Can anyone help with Lower arm assembly at all ? see below

Not sure what you mean but I've never had to use any kind of spacer when doing this job on or off the car but it may depend on which comp tool you have. Craig

It appears your using hi-lo's just wind them right down, put cones in and wind up again. Done! On 7th Oct, 2010 5haneJ said:

i've always used a bit of copper grease on the threads and between the fitting the pipe; Having said that, I alaways keep it away from the mating surfaces and internla parts to prevent contamination and sealing issues |

this link is where you can get all your wire and plugs that fit your switchs if you go with make your own(diy).
