I thought it was a good show and got some really good stuff very cheaply!

Missed this due to the pugs stepper motor deciding it dodnt want to work properly, as idel was between 500rpm and 3000rpm i decided not to go, all fixed now but a shame not to go on track like normal Drives

Yeh, one of our members had an issue with those guys, we always thought the limit was 105 db, they recorded 102 and wouldnt let him on saying it was over the 100db. Same exhaust, same engine spec as last year and he was well under then. 133.5 bhp 123 lb torque 116mph @6640rpm 9.5psi

I thaught it was 105, but I have looked back at the info from combe for the last threes years ans it has always been 100db I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

Right then I'll write a letter to the circuit. If this was not an isolated incident then there is clearly a basic staff training issue on a matter that had the potential to fuck up a lot of peoples days. They wouldn't let me on claiming my car was at 105db held at 40cm from the exhaust, at 50cm away it was 102 and they still refused to let me on. the maximum it's ever reached on a drive by is 75db

Thats total crap - there was a black mini out there making a hell of a noise and the 205 was really loud (though extremely fast and tidy. |
