Well as it was my first attempt, I aired on the side of caution, as such I used the following layers, making it heavier than necessary.

A double thumbs up... And completed very quickly this build. Nice job I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

The tyres are an old set of Michelin S210 racing slicks that Ben hand ut for wets. They are too hard for hillclimbing, hence why they get used on the rr.

did you use anything around the foam to avoid direct contact between the epoxy and the foam? tape for instance?

The epoxy is straight onto the foam.
