Wish I could weld as neatly as that. You must have bought the dark green hammerite in bulk? - its a pretty good match. theres alot to like about having your car the same colour as hammerite i got my turret made and fitted this weekend, they sit about 30mm higher than standard, and about 15mm inwards. but i still want to get the standard fuel tank in. Sweet! What type of steering wheel is that mate? Wider beam is a quality idea, I assume the shell mounting points are in the same location? Surely is it big turbo time soon? the wheel is by Raid i think, i bought it at a show last year, the wheel, steering column and a snap off boss, all for £45! yeah the subframe mounts on the same way. i do need to do something with the motor:( http://www.turbominis.co.uk/forums/index.php?p=vt&tid=262635 |

you might want to be a bit carefull of the rear of the car being wider than the front, It might not handle as well as it used to! "Cars are a lifetime of pain" |

got all the brackets welded onto the subframe for the brake pipes and exhaust, i've cut the lugs off of the rear arms and taken the markings off, looks loads cleaner.
