Anyone got a guide that shows the layout and caravan numbers?

I know the layout from previous visits but can't remember what the numbers were of past cararvans. It would be good to try and get a caravan need fellow TM people.

Nick just to let you know I tried to phone to change the place where I am and they were having none of it.

Candice and I are in Smugglers. Stopped there before and it's not that far really. Caravans are a little older but hey ... it's got beds, a roof and a fridge for beer ..... where is the problem??

the problem with ants the other year was 3 of the 4 legs had rusted through so they could only have even numbers of people in the van to balnce the fucker, lol.

think another mates shitter emptied straight onto the floor under the van.

bugger, we aint going to be down by gordano till about 1:30/2 ish now. gotta wait for harper to finish work at 11 before we can set off.

That shouldn't be too much of a problem Bud, if your only a little way behind im sure everyone would be willing to wait a while?

Or just meet at the next services we stop at?

im in the same boat bud pikie tony is not finishing till same time

shall we all meet at gordano still then and aim to head off at 2?

i think gordano's about 90 miles for us so about 1.5hrs give or take.

about 45-1hr for me but i dont mind hanging around

ideally want to be off the M5 by 5

I'm with Wolfie about being off the M5 by 5 .... 4:30 really.

If we leave Gordano at 2pm we should do that easy so long as we can average about 60mph (will check for road works and the like before setting off so hopefully we'll be able to avoid anything too bad).

There is a place to stop not far from Exeter on the main route down so it might be worth taking a break there rather than the Exeter motorway services so as to avoid getting caught in the evening rush out of Exeter.

Really looking forward to it now .... just wish I was going down in a Mini!!!!

I'll speak to Wes, and see what he's up for doing.

I haven't got my electric fan wired in yet so im not overly keen on traffic...to say the least!

It might be best for us (me and Wes) to meet nearer Exeter way, its going to get busy as alot of people will be heading to the coast as its a bank holiday weekend.

The A30 (I think it is) has a nasty bottle neck, we've been stuck in for a good few hours. Not fun in any car let alone a mini!

Well no Mini for me so it's a factory calibrated speedo and TomTom ..... I can lead through any camera sections to make sure your all on the right side of the revenue generation ... I meant law.

Looks like I was in the chav area last year. We did have to unseaze a wheel bearing about 3 miles from Newquay, so it was slim pickings by the ime we got there!

Your right about the shower blocks, the ones at the top are really quiet and the showers are really hot.

The map does make both sections look far away from each other...but in reality you can still smell the stench of the ghetto from the "posh" area

You won't miss us in our mini's, just listen for the whining gears. :)

yup same here, mine and ants are both straight cut, but you'll probably see laura's sparkly black and pink mini from a few miles away, lol.
