I enlarge the holes of the adjustable arm brackets, and use M10 screws...

Fast Carl is making a set of standard brackets adjustable for me. Minispares haven't bothered replying to my email asking for my money back for them, going to give them a call tomorrow.

I had the frames dipped with the shell and then put a cup wheel on the grinder to get it back to good clean metal.

Andi tell me if I'm wrong but that braided hose that comes across the swing arms does not look right and is going to rub. It should have the copper pipe first coming from the b/cylinder to a bracket on the arm and then the braided hose. MOT tester might not like that set up
Sorry

They are full length braided hoses, they are clear of everything, just need a cable tie round the arm once I fit the new brackets Carl has made for me. Can't see any MOT problems.

I got them from somebody on a forum. They are goodridge so I assume the usual places will stock them. There are no brackets on the KAD arms so I didn't have much choice...

Not sure what they weigh, but with the arms, alu hubs and trunions I took 10KGs of the frame. I bought them second hand, but unused so saved a bit on the price direct from KAD.

If you have a beam, then you want some designed for a beam, probably ones CNCed from a billet rather than cast.
