Hi alaskanowO, i`m building a few micra CG13/minis atm, one N/A on bike (R1) carbs, one Turbo injected & the other N/A std nissan injection but with custom plenum

& yes they fit into roundnose even with a turbo

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
VEMS + 12 PSI + Liquid Intercooler = Small Bore FUN!

Decided to drop a standard 1348cc cga3de engine in for the time being. It's 82bhp as standard, so maybe 100bhp with the less restrictive exhaust and ITBs. Fitted in with lightweight 998 flywheel and the recon 1275cc box.

Hoping it get it up and running by next weekend, then get the modified engine built up and swap over ready for Castle Combe.

That's my plan. The guy doing the cylinder head is really busy, and the rarer later 1.4 (1348cc) 16v engine came up at the right money with 60k on the clock. All I've done is fit a LUK 3 piece kit clutch for £32. Quick coat of paint. Fitted 36-1 trigger.

I actually really like that. I'm keeping my Micra. I got a few plans up my sleave to create the ultimate 5 door sleeper. Already in the process of gathering the rest of the parts needed to achieve 180bhp. I think I can achieve it for under £1000, not including all the Turbo stuff and GT17 I already have. I've been wanting to try Meagsquirt for a few year now. So her my chance.

Hopefully all the messy wires and pipes will be covered by the throttle bodies and filter.

Everthing done, except suspension setup, bleeding brakes, few radiator hoses,

unfortunately Matty at Fusion Fabrication as been let down by a supplier for the alloy inlet bends. So it's touch and go I'll get the stuff for tomorrow or Saturday morning. L2B is looking more unlikely day by day.
