A few things i realised last night
I have put 35 hours in over 2 days and 12days of holiday left..
I still have 8 fingers 1 7/8s thumbs attatched :)

i was thinking more 850 compound charged running methonol with may be a little or in brett's case a HUGE shot of the funny stuff

Day 4

i have been designing the subframe best i can on paper ( taking available designs in to account)
critical things needed,
must be able to fit / remove engine easily and complete
use standard parts throughout
fit under round nose
strong, very strong
more mounting points
tie into the roll cage ( using spreader plates and bolts through panels)
look awesome

with the engine hovering in position the front snags on the support bar i put on the front end, once this is moved there is another 3 inch clearance
fabricating some mounts, i am on the lookout for some 'better' ones but these will do for now
this is where i was approx 4pm ish
those 4 bars literally took all day, you see the floor? yeah its a b!tch trying to move the crane lol

looks like good progress there brett, have you thought about a piece of plywood to aid moving the hoist.

cant wait to see the build, mate built a 500bhp out of a k20 turbo.

Day 5,
didnt go too well, was raining at 7am and non stop untill 7pm
today was spent cleaning cv joints and measuring up for the front section of the subframe
i have rewired our garden light, the pir sensor went man down ages ago and now its bypassed
also tryed to put my gazebo up but its too big for where i want it so that probably gonna be for sale
