At the start of winter was just searching through car market place on internet.
Noticed an ad of a mini, photos on the ad were really bad quality.
What caught my eye was original battery cover on one photo and lack of rust on the usual spots.
Had to go and have a look, took my brother with, his van and trailer from my friend.
It was about 200km away...

What we found was 850 mini -69 in it's original condition.


It's been with its original owner from -69 to -08.
Stored inside since then.
It became clear quite soon that this is worth saving.

Pricing was ok, got 100euros off from asking price.
Basically I am now the 4th owner of this beauty.


Stored it to my friends lock-up for a short time.
Here are some photos of it after a bit of cleaning.

What has happened during this winter?
Well, not much...

Testfitted again intake and exhaust on the engine to see how boost pipe will be routed.




Cleaned some old glue off from the inside of the bulkhead.

The idea is to get the project moving again.
