Nice work. Should be a spot on head when the seats are done :). Bulkhead looks good too!

cheers, slowly getting there.....

done the fuel tank as I need a fuel return.

was going to use a screw fitting but would need to cut a hole in the tank to tighten it up. then weld a plate to seal the tank..
So I decided to fit a metal supply and return

I spyed a power steering rack I bought for my galaxy and noticed it had some 10mm steel tubing on, as the Galaxy already has this pipe I decided to cut it up

I cut the pipe and sourced a couple of washer to act as a flange to weld too

welded the washers to the pipes

welded the pipes to the tank

As the feed pipe was only 6mm I decided to replace it

pic fitted back in the boot

That is the support bracket for the fuel tank. had to make a new support due to having to modify the bottom of the tank to accommodate the internal boot hinges

Made up the oil return plate...

Drilled and welded on a tube

Cut a thin bit of larger tube and welded it to the end

Dressed the end

Pic of it fitted to the block

Decided to put a breather pipe on the rocker cover. So i made up an angled pipe. Drilled the cover and welded it in position

Prepped the inside

Then I fitted a small baffle inside the rocker cover to prevent oil being blown out.

What it looks like

Needed a gasket for the turbo exhaust elbow.. £8+ for the metro one so I thought I'd try a land rover one for £1.50 including post I'd thought I'd give I a try.... well I think it will do.😊

Good shout with the land rover gasket, I'm sure that will come in handy for a few people.

Popped the engine in today

Think there is enough clearance around the turbo
