Okay well my maths is bad.

I was using a size to try gauge what to run it at on pulley sizes.

Ummm... if you use a bottom pulley of 120.73 mm, that at 1.08:1, the blower pulley would need to be 111.78.

Paul if i have worked this out right I hope

taking a standard 998 damper pulley I have 120.73mm and current SC pulley at 52.95mm

so 120.73mm @ 1 rotation = 52.95 @ 2.28 rotations

In your calculation your saying I need

120.73mm : 1 rotation BP to go to 1.08 ratio on the SC Pulley that would make the pulley 121.55mm

so that would then roughly if ive worked it out right

120.73mm @ 1 rotation = 121.55mm @0.993 Rotations

so at 7500 rpm that works out on SC pulley to do 7450.63RPM

So that is my go at maths and using a site for pulley sizing

just to be pedantic all measurements taking at 20degree's

I think you pressed the + button rather than the / :)

Ratios work by multiplication.

Evening chaps had a look at getting this kinda on the roll with the manifold so this where I got to. Thanks

I don't know how to bolt the manifold onto the MPI manifold I'll try get a picture of my lego mock up one

Thanks Stephen

Gaging where to have the throttle, Dont want it too high up to try keep the temps when the air is going in :) well that's the plan

Turbo This..

man the blows.. jk id like to do a blown engine with the charge cooler built into the manifold and charger mount could work out really nice

always like it when new approaches are tried rather than the same old stuff

Nothing wrong with a cold air feed but you should really put the throttle as close to the blower as you can for best throttle response.

Tempted on ditching the Charger as its a pain in the arse working out manifolds and Turboing it now.
