Which beam are you using and how much does it weigh? Build is looking good, out of curiosity what made you choose the bolt in cage instead of the weld in?

the beam is an arc angle one. i reckon it weighs about 4-5kg.

i chose bolt in as i thought it would be easier and i could take it out easily if i ever needed to.

thanks

Not sure if that oil drain will work mate?

Looking good though. You will need to rotate the compressor though.

Compressor is inlet side, you want the compresor outlet as near vertical as you can get it.

If i'm not mistaken you'll need some large circlip pliers to rotate it? it's a bastard of a job to remove the circlip, so get some hefty circlip pliers. I ended up using a combination of circlip pliers and a hammer and punch.

Of course this could all be irrelevant if the compressor housing isn't held on with a circlip..

On a gt17 just undo the little pinch clamps and rotate it.

Definitely! Ive found that the circlip type housings quite often have a dowl in place to stop the housing rotating, which can also been fun and games to remove!

My GT17 is just like that.

I made an ally plate to attach to the original actuator holes and extended it to suit.

It needed a little scollop out of the bottom edge to clear the pressure tapping off the snail.
