I had to put on some old 12" wheels I had on the front so I could at least move it round the drive

This spoils the classic look imho, makes it look far too modern



But, when I took the old drums off the back to fit spacered minifins, I found it had 5mm spacers on with them. When these spacers are fitted to the front, this allows the standard wheels to be fitted without rubbing the callipers.

The wheels fill the arches better now, making them look less "gay".

ps please excuse the lack of washing the car!

fitted some new wheels today. they need new rubber, but I wanted to see what they look like. It improves the look of the car I think, but I still need to lose the arches, or the magpies will have them!



Will be painting the engine this weekend, although there is a beer festival on tomorrow...
