a little update, but in reality its been about 5 days work
sooo the new rad is fuoooge and took alot of fudging to get it in

i will likely draw up a diagram of the cooling system as its fully redesigned over the last one this one holds a rock solid 80-82 on the stat and the fan kicks in at 92 out at 84 about 40s on 80 seconds off... not mooving, yes there is a 9inch fan behind the rad the engine bay is soo crammed now though is getting hard to work on


whos the daddy 4bar map, no more...errr i think its about 23psi boost.. could be more i dunno comments... lol

done alot more on this, the cooling is brilliant now maybe too good, the charge temps have gone up now though but i think thats because the air filter is effectively behind the radiator
the boost control is still abit questionable i can jst about map it any where between 4 and 15psi ish but i think i need to run some larger id pipes to the boost control valve, either that or a stronger actuator but
15psi is too much for the road imo, 25psi is just silly, the 4bar map sensor is going to get some pounding rather soon though

future upgrades on the cards... i have bought a 56mm throttle body, idle valve, and tps still thinking about an spi settup with dual widebands

sooo after building my 0-5v needle position indicator


i think half of my second log can be dismissed because either there was a malfunction of the sensor or there was an air leak some where topside of the SU piston but it is obvious in the logs there was a problem

edit- sorry just swapped images from bmp's to jpg's

thats awesomely valuable data for tuning, you could write an excel sheet to parse the datalog and fill a MAP Vs RPM table with AFR and needle position and you will very very quicly be able to tell what areas of the needle need attention and how it will affect other areas of the map that use the same needle position.
