Went to croft circuit on Monday , had a brilliant day car behaved itself all day.

Loving the new wheels I really want to change mine for a set!

A few laps

Evening boys , another track day done.

Oulton park. The track was very wet in the morning so decided to soften the shocks and see how it went !, I'm not a fan of the wet in whatever situation so took it steady.
anyhow it decided to dry up after dinner so off we went but kept the road a032's for the first outing , car was great so back in to put the slicks on . we didn't really get time to do any messing about with the car, my pal from Blackpool came in his Clio so I swapped a few passenger laps with that as well .
All in all a great relaxed day.

Onwards and upwards over the winter and hopefully better next year.

ps, thamks to all you guys for the help and motivation over the years , it really is worth it .

Did you get to play with that spaceframe that was there?

Cup's are great both on and off the track .

His is a very nice one, 41k from new , nice cage , buckets , ast coilovers etc .

As i havent got long enough gears on the straights lol he was catching me but as theres more corners than straights i was pulling away from him so over a lap faster , so the more corners lol the more i was pulling from him . Once the gears are sorted he wont have a chance.

The other bike engined one only did 5-6 laps all day , they were having problems so was hardly out! Would be nice to see the difference but id expect it to be quicker

I have seen pics on Facebook on a clio page you definitely turn heads. Cracking mini always has been .

What ive been up to over the winter

I had to strip the engine and gearbox out to swap the final drive , gone from a 3.7 to 3.44 so lets see how that performs. While it was out I decided to swap the cam from the kent 266 to a phase 2 and ive also (or are just in the process of ) swapping the turbo from the old t3 to a gt2056 and a tubular fusion fabrications manifold
