They seem very rigid, just the hoop as a bit of flex.

OK, results are in. Steel roof 9.9kg, Arc angels Opt3 Carbon roof 4.45kg. Really pleased with the quality and fit. No gap and nice and rigid.

I've bought some tiger seal for the roof it's just sat on top at the minute. After paint I will use seal around the lip them strap the roof down until it's dried.

The steering rack mount will just get drilled in none stress areas. Maybe 50g or so. I'll put some pics up when it's done.

Been mocking up the front mounted radiator. Plan is for a full miglia style install, Radtec miglia rad, alloy water pump blanking plate, electric water pump, run on controller and 8" radiator fan.

And with water?

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

What are the dimensions? Couldn't seem to see them online.

It's 600mm wide, 50mm deep by 275mm high, from the top of my head. I'll double check when I get home later. It's pretty big and heavy. I bought it new secondhand, for the right money. I was going to get Endaf to make me something a little smaller and lighter. Shouldn't have any overheating problems though. Just hope I can sneeze a 12v fan in.

I'm just managing the 500kg weight limit, so a few heavy items are finding the way onto the car if there is a performance gain is it to had.

Next on the list is engine in dry build for clearances and considering different induction lengths and if I need to have the trumpets coming through the bonnet.

Hoping a can get something like this to merge in with the bonnet..

I would just have to remove the filter and carbon backing plate before flipping the front.
