Apologies if you have addressed this already, i have read a this a while back and just skimmed through again but will this be track only or road legal? If so what are the rules on the spaceframe? Hi Dave , originaly the plan was for both road and track but the more the car has evolved the more it will probably just be used for track . With a 4mm ally floor and rose jointed suspension it would be far from pleasant driving down our crappy roads of today .

It absolutly could be put on the road with an SVA. But if you wanted to go that route you need to plan it from the start.

I think it would be a shame not to atlesst have it on the road atleast once!!! If complications happen then atleast u did it... especially as you have a friendly enough mot tester offering it to you! Do it until you get told not to i say!!! I dont think the 20+ years will be a problem as ive done it in the past.. went to tax a car n they said you gotta pay for that.. i said errr nope its 69.. there was an argument in the post office and it took a few minutes to change it all but off i went with my free tax after decades of it being off road On 24th Oct, 2015 jonny f said:
