Hey Brett. The jumping out of gear when agressively closing throttle could possibly be down to the engine rocking? If the engine is fixed well with lots of steadies (all with good condition bushes ect), it could well be in the gearbox.

Have you tried just plumbing the actuator straight into the snail with some 6" long pipe? Just to eliminate the chance of kinked pipe/faulty valve?

Ps the log goes straight over my head yep done, im going to plumb it too the same take of as the megasquirt tomorrow so i can be sure the snail port isnt giving a dodgy reading and try rig up my camera on the actuator so i can see whats going off dont get me wrong it will be running 20+psi boost eventually but i want that choice... also i cant exactly tune the needle to fuel for both 10 and 20psi... hence it gets leaner and leaner as the boost rises Yes i moved to the darkside

It might be worth whipping your downpipe off and doing a bigger dump tube, can't see it making it worse? Got to be worth a try. Audi s4 b5 - 470bhp & 486ft lbs
