yeah i put it straight on and it fired up, all i had to do was swap the cable linkage.

the LC1 is now ditched in favor of a vems AFR/EGT gauge bought from BAT (cheers gavin), I have also pulled out the nasty stepper motor gauges I had in there and have a proper boost gauge couresy of theoneeyedlizard.

Just read this thread looks like a good project! Does the actuator just control the VNT or does that control boost aswell? The reason i ask is i have read of a chap using a vnt on his R5 and was struggling to get it to run constant boost as it kept spiking so he was thinking of a external wastegate to catch boost spikes!
