I bought the Pierce head as I could not get anything else off the shelf in time. It's standard "as cast". It'll tide us over until we get a proper head done.

It's not been on the rollers since the fuel problem, just a single run at the Pod.

Paul, any chance of getting some drawings of the injector housings with some geometry ?

Be aware that the injector bosses will not fit with a factory or mirage type exhaust manifold.

That's all good but I'm flying down to see my family in another state over x mas so will only have a short window ( one month ) to mill and tweak it.
I will ether be buying a head down there or taking lots of measurements befor I go rather way it will be a task and a half I will bet I'll miss something but im gonna give it a go.. I may have to ask around for a local that is happy to lend a mill or lathe =

Fine sunny day, so we are progressing with the fuel system upgrades:

Pre-filter and pump now located under the boot floor:


The post-filter stays where it is for now:


Just need to fit the modified fuel rails and check for leaks.

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
VEMS + 12 PSI + Liquid Intercooler = Small Bore FUN!

Fuel system back in and working. I've welded some adaptors on the end of the fuel rails to prevent engine movement undoing them and they are now sealing OK. Still a slight weep from the distribution blocks, however, Sturgeo has just informed me that the system is still holding 2 bar pressure nearly two hours since we switched it off.

whats going on with the rear subby, have you just cut abit out to allow for the carbon bootfloor? i'm in a similar situation with mine!
