Replace with a yellow tap duel line master cylinder, you'll have to make new connecting lines as the conversion kit does fit as the pressure reducer is in a different location.

I know this as was doing it yesterday, ended up just cutting the ends off the kit and making new ones.

If you still want the Servo and all associated bits, its there if you want it.

All i want is the cost of postage and a small donation to the server fund.

Calipers on the wrong way

Took it for a little spin but runs like crap really. I have noticed my boost gauge is bouncing all over the place! What would this mean?

Is it bouncing at tick over ? or on boost ?

They do flick about. You can stick a .8mm welding tip in the signal line to smooth it out or a small reservoir inline.

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

Does it on tick over an a little during driving but I haven't been more than 100 yards. Does the dump valve plumb into the manifold like the boost gauge?

Yep plumbs in the the inlet manifold.

Runs pretty well, not sure i am getting over 4psi though.

4psi is fine until it goes to the rollers. Next job get it booked in for setting up.

I set the actuator to a hole and a half preload.

I am running a 20degree map that john have me so not sure what boost it runs. Not going to try a different map until it's on the rollers.

The MAP doesn't control boost.

1 1/2 holes do you mean 1/2 a hole ?

Think the standard gt1752 actuator is around 5 psi.

Look forward to seeing what it does on the rollers with a little more BOOST

I wound it back enough so it was just over a hole away from the tab. Could be a boost leak or the actuator is scrap?

Getting the fueling sorted out on Tuesday so I can try some different maps out.

Do have some blue smoke coming up under load though :( suppose it may need a few more miles on the engine first.

MY Saab GT1752 actuator runs 7psi with preload (and bled to 17psi)

20 degrees max advance is very low.

What degree map would you all recommend to use now?

How much preload do you have ?

Currently have mine set at 1/2 a hole.
