Ha Ha Andy, youv'e clearly never changed a head gasket on a KAD setup,lol, it certainly isn't a two minute job sonny;

As it stands I haven't touched the engine as far as taking it apart is concerned, so the engine will go back to KAD to have a new gasket and re dyno tested. As you all know KAD are a top company to deal with and there customer service is excellent so a minor problem like this should be easily fixed.

It wont cost anything. The reason we arent doing anything is because if the head comes off it can be sorted. Just curious as to why its gone really. itll be good to investigate. KAD are being more than helpful as usual

Just curious as to how many miles you've covered since getting the engine in the car? And what type of gasket KAD fit to their engines?
