roughley how much does it cost per event to compete? no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

roughley how much does it cost per event to compete? Basic entry ranges from £45 for an airfield sprint to £130 for Brands Hatch 1/2 day sprint. I paid £65 at Lydden this year and £100 for Croft. Well it varies. Entry to an event is between £60 and £100. The you need to add any running costs; fuel, getting there, etc. The license is about £30, entry to our championship in the HSA is about £30 and HSA membership is about the same. We do about 10 events a year and probably spend about 1k each which is not much spread over the year. Most of the money we have spent over the years is develping the car.

the ones i saw were all nearly £80 meet.
