I'm annoyed that they are incapable of drilling holes in the correct place on a pair of simple brackets.

How hard can it be? Who on earth designed them, I doubt standard genuine subframes vary that much in size.*evil*

These new modern turbos with their quick spool up time, would make the competition harder.

5 weeks ago, I ordered a number of items, one of which was a "hiff44 turbo throttle disc kit" (which was in stock according to the website) was not "in stock" when I recieved the invoice. I took the option to get the rest of the bits sent to me and have the "WZX1183 (throttle disc kit)" placed on back order. I was told it would take 3 weeks to get this in and it would be sent immediatly (the postage for this item being charged AGAIN!)

3 weeks past and I rang up about my back order, which seemed to have prompted them to send me the item, which I got a few days after, only to discover that the actual "throttle disc" in the "throttle disc kit", wasn't there.....

I rang up last Monday (13th - 7 days ago) and spoke to someone regarding this, he acknowledged the problem and said that the disc will be sent out to me straight away and apologised which was fair enough, I use them all the time with no problem.

Last Thursday (16th) I emailed them, detailing pretty much the same thing, that I still havn't recieved the throttle disc which was missing from the kit.

I have not recieved a response which i'm quite annoyed about, as i've waited long enough for what i've ordered and want to know what is going on!!!

I have paid the amount invoiced, a number of weeks ago and havn't recieved what I paid for, which is obviously not on..

I'd ring them again to get it sorted but by the time I get in from work they usually aren't open.

I've been patient as I can understand that alot of people use them and theyre bound to have problems with suppliers, but i'd like to know whats going on as opposed to being left in the dark about it. Its only a throttle disc ffs, getting abit pissed off to be honest!

I have been useing the southern Minispares outfit from when they were located in enfield and have had not one moments issue with them.

I always check the components that are non standard to make sure the engineering is upto scratch and have rejected a few bits, but thats down to the manufacuring organisation and I am a picky sod. I have returned bits with no hastle at all to potters bar and find there counter service professional and free with the knowledge.

I have had issues with other organisations Hudersfield inparticular and will not be useing them again not even if hell does manage to freeze over and Minispeed where I had to get bushes in my primary gear replaced at my cost because I was not prepared to suffer the run around I saw looming. But Minispares south have come up trumps every time

I do read these threads with great interest. I am in Aus and I have dealt with Minisport (never again), Huddersfield (put a bomb under them and their OK) and Mini Spares (Great:):))

I can get part delivered to our door from Mini Spares faster than I can get tem from any of our local suppliers. Go figure. We're 12 000 miles away! and I can track the delvery on line. Goods always packed properly and arive in first class condition.

Hope I haven't jinked myself.......

I think it's a bit of a lottery, you don't know who is going to look after your order and if they care. I do ALWAYS ask for the same person to look after our order.
