Got a bit more done last night : Wheel arches + plate light and they all work !!!

Will be lowering the back end a bit once its beded down and has a full tank of juice in it. Wheel should nessel nicely under the arches.

BTW - I took my buddy VTEC Pete out for a spin this weekend, and even though I am running her in, he gave it a name, the "Brocket"...cause I'm a brocket maaannn, nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah....

Hello Everybody,

Well I pushed the car out of the garage yesterday,

Polished one of my old wheels up and fitted a tidier grill and halogen head lights, also de ambered the indicator lenses.

need to polish the back wheels next,

Have made up a harness bar, and fitted the battery,

Boost gauge mounted,

Hopefully not long before I hit the road !!

how fekking cruel is this lmao Brocky, can i swap my black leather top and bottom dash and my idenical black leather OMP steering wheel for your grey ones ?!!!! i have a set of grey leather bucket seats, which they would match real nice :)

It makes the effort worth it. (Yep the 'big hammer' is my favorite tool lol, followed by my 'magic spanner', which seems to fit everything lol).

Colour is old english white, one of the Rover ones IIRC, I have the code on a can of touch up in the garage.

It was going to be either white or black. I'm not sure if there is too much white on the car? May be some stripes would break it up ?

Sounds like a plan... *smiley*

TBH I had thought black would go better but I already had the grey steering wheel to match the grey metty turbo seats I used to have...

The dash rails are very tidy, no rips or scuffs but the top one has dimples where the roll cage presses on it.

Some black vinyl paint would easy sort the rails.? or grey in your case?

Send me some pics of your steering wheel and we can may be do a swap ?I have some spare grey rails also...

But I have re-shelled because I had a much better shell which only needed a sill and a windscreen corner repair....

oh and put a new roof on to.

I still have the old red one but it needs alot of work, floors inner and outer sill, inner wings, back panel, boot floor, a panels, doors etc

You know how it is....

Just off shore project engineering at the moment but hopefully will have a run out in it the week end after next.

The pistons I have in the high boost engine are JE Forged 18cc +20's, and with the head, exhaust manifold and elbow you did it should be a rocket....
