Its come to that stage in the build now that im getting the hoses made to feed the turbo now went down to my local hose supplier who's made various pipes for me and come out with solutions but the only one he cant help me with is the water inlet and outlet going through the turbo his suggestion is pictured above the id of the banjo is about 4-5mm he cant get anything bigger as the banjo size is not adequate for a bigger fitting is this alrite to use just a bit worried that its going to pressurise a fair bit due to the bottom hose take off id is about 10mm bore?

Ive removed my heater and was going to run the bottom hose take off for the heater straight to the turbo on the block side of the engine and run the outlet to the heater tap on the top of the head to keep the flow of water running accross the head is this correct ?

Thats exactly what I did, Jim, with the GT17, which has a similar problem.

Not sure if ordinary heater hose will last too long so I used 8mm copper to get the pipes clear of the turbo and then silicone hose.

We've used heater hose and routed it away from the hot side of the turbo and exhaust.

It survived the first 20 miles before we had to take the turbo off again...
