Forged blanks are more expensive as you need a set of dies for every size and shape of rod. Stock billets contain every shape and size rod you might want and easy to make "custom rods to your own design" A forging starts as a billet which is cast..... they still need machining to the finished product. Does complete mean with bolts? I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
