Hi all,
so tolk the card out and sorted a few connections.
And it started first try. *smiley* not running to bad but few bits to sort.
Water pump has failed now, but that was on my ever growing list for bingley anyway.
Few bits to sort out then hopfully mot for summer.
Then the turbo build will start after the summer.
Thanks for all your suggestions and help everyone.

Mark

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me should there be anything on the little take off, its off the bango bolt on the inlet manifold for the servo vacuum.

Cheers,
Mark.

That's not a take off. It just there to hold the servo hose in place while tightening the banjo bolt.

It's meant to sit in the recess cast into the manifold casting, to stop the banjo from rotating when you tighten the bolt. In reality, it just bends gives way like yours.
