Be sure to check that the cams do not foul the head nuts or studs. I lopped 5mm off the top of all the studs and used Cooper S big end nuts On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:

As impressed as I am with this build, I am really liking the engine stand/workbench idea and the chair, the thought of being able to assemble an engine from a comfortable seated position has blown my mind. On 7th Nov, 2008 Nic said:

Reload the base map from sc incase it's corrupted I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

Try putting some acceleration enrichment in.

Yeh the more i think about it the more the extra 70cc and larger 38mm bodies seem that will make more of a difference than i was thinking.

If your injectors are different from the ones used to calibrate the map it won't work.
