Cool Rob. Ill hopefully start building my shed in the next few weeks, Ill put up pics when I do then i can lose some more clutter from the garage.

Im thinking of sinking some LED lights into the garage floor now so I dont need a lead light when working under the car

I seriously doubt it!

Now there's a nice idea, would probably then choose some dim-able (sp?) ones, looking into led light hurts the eyes...

Really like your rebuilt work erea; complimenti!

Dazed and Confused....

I seem to recall years a few years back there being a thread called show us your man cave/pit/garage but I can't find it now.
I'm sure Jim had the best workshop with a 4 post ramp?

Been building a new shed in the sun all day today. I got a load of timber delivered last night, exterior ply for the floor and pressure treated framing. Itll be 12 ft long and 5ft wide, I laid a paving slab base last year for it. I screwed the base together last night and plastered it in wood preserver .......

Then stared the framing this morning

Im having a single door at this end on the side for my car parts storage

And a double door at this end for bikes, mowers etc

This is how far I got today

I seriously doubt it!

Been thinking about locking handles for the shed, can anyone see a reason not to use MK1 Mini door handles?

http://www.somerfordmini.co.uk/eshop/index...roducts_id=2228

If I buy the set then I can use the boot lock on the garage to replace the original T bar handle and have the same key for everything

I seriously doubt it!

I thought it could be more secure than the off the shelf rimlocks which all have the same key

I seriously doubt it!

I'd be happier with a hasp and staple coach bolted through the frame and a decent padlock security wise whereas i can understant it doesn't look as good

Well the shed is 99% done now, last jobs are make escutcheons for door handles, hasps n padlocks, stick down the felt above the guttering, felt between garage n shed and stain the double doors.

I seriously doubt it!
