There are plenty of places to look for date stamps. If it was say built in march 62 it would have 3 62 stamped on the parts. Obviously these can vary by a few months, but it'll give you a ball park figure of when it was built. Or you could contact gaydon and get a heritage certificate.

the wiper motor has 2 64 stamped on it. didnt realise other things were stamped too. will have a look. heritage cert has been applied for so hopefully it should clarify. think its a 64 tbh. still not gonna complain as its in really really good nick and for £1700 i really wont complain!

The easiest ones to check are the dip switch as its on the top face. and the voltage reg and fuse box, as they are stamped in the sides.
