I bet that was a scarey moment when you first took the welder to the gas bottle! You hear soo many stories about people welding up fuel tanks and they go bang. Edited by matty on 14th Mar, 2012. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fusion-Fabri..._homepage_panel

will the motor stay cool enough in there? or will it be exposed to the air circuit? cant quite figure out what your up to lol hi denis , what it is is , the fan is feeding into a box ,this is the pressure box ,and the inlet side of the fan is, with the motor , in the vacuum side of the box . these are then fed to the box on the top ,and can switch from vacuum feed to pressure feed by rotating the disc over the 4 holes . then ,there is a 2 inch sensor pipe ,and a 3 inch pipe flow element sensr thing ,so i have a choice of flow ranges , these then go to a plenum/gas bottle ,under the test area ,on the work shop bench ,which will be connected to a faceplate by a hose to the top of the plehuminum.
