Old type bearings had a separate spacer (item 30) but they are now made with an inbuilt spacer. I bought a bearing kit and it didn't have a built in spacer or a separate one and that was from a reputable supplier. Found some timken bearings and they were so much better and came with grease caps that everywhere seems to be sold out of at the moment.

not really an exciting update.

ive mainly been making sure i have all the parts i need to get it as a whole car again obviously minus all the little bits i wont think of. ive now got the whole rear end fully built and the front end is all built and just waiint for balljoints amd then its back on 4 wheels as a rolling braked shell. i can really start to crack on after tha as i can roll it out of my small garage. hes a couple of phone pictures

its back on 4 wheels just. got the wheels of nic last night and tyres were on them this morning and on the car tonight lol. its not all tight at the front as waiting for new ball joints and track rod ends as mine have gone horribel where have been sitting in shed for 2 years. once they are here and the front shock pins it can all be tighten and will be a fully rolling shell again :) big step for me....

rear subframe is seam welded and drilled. no cutting at all.

endaf came down to canterbury today so dropped my custom tank and inner wing catch tank off. got the tank fitted in a couple of places so can move it around if need when it comes to plumbing in. just nice to start putting things in the car knowing they are staying there. no more mocking and welding and painting. it will actually have progress and start looking more and more like the car i picture in my head.

going to mini spares tuesday and im writing a list.... i just know im going to forget stuff.

still compiling my list....

no updates as selling up.... going racing so need to pay for my miglia...
