Its a jap import, in saying that, you can register them if you bring them over and they are younger than a certain age and have intrusion bars in the doors. but I'm about to put carbon doors on it so there goes that rule.

I am assuming you have no cage/door bars as I cannot register my car here for that reason?
You must be mad if you are fitting carbon doors without mind you!

well i have them in the doors at the moment but i plan to get carbon fibre doors and put a full cage in it with door bars. Disregarding this though, the bars in the doors are about 1/2 an inch in diameter and it is ridiculous that this determines the car to be road worthy over one without.

If you lost your license speeding, the last thing you want to do it strap a charger on it. :)

I guess it's not like the UK system where you get points then. As said, thats a pretty heft punishment.

oh its like that... we have up to 12 demerit points before we lose a license... the usual speeding ticket is a couple hundred bucks and 3 points...

cheers matt, likewise. any reason why you would have the SC12 over the eaton M45?

easier to fit, Bens kits is awesome, and its more suited to the size of your engine, the m45 makes great power on mini engines, but usually up top, and on a well built supercharged engine, the sc12 is a little more forgiving... and can be found in oz for not too much... i know at least one for sale if u were to ask on ausmini

Looks good! What ford clutch slave do you use? Any advantage over standard?

it fits a butch of fords, i think its pretty universal in the ford world. it sits a bit flatter and the bleed nipple is easy to get at, only reason it was changed was cause the original one looked sus and this fitted.
