With the longer arm is anyone having a similar issue to this? Everything is tight up against each other. There is pressure on the clutch when its all tightened up.

unless I'm mistaken and I am often not , the long arm has the ball set further around anticlockwise [to the right] by at least 10 degs, this will cause the clutch to have no freeplay,

Thanks chaps, I guess you had a steel bracket sprocket? So you could re drill the wok hole lower on the bracket. Can't do that with the dsn, could maybe tap it further up/file it down and make an plate to bolt it higher.

Aside from arm issues the slave wont work like that the back of the slave needs to rest on the bracket or the whole thing will flex and bend like mad turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)
