I thought you might say something like that but i don't live in norway mate. We don't have snow tyres or chains and they are not cost effective when you only MAY get snow once a year. I am not knocking the beemers as this is my 3rd BMW I think they are one of the best cars out there.

Well me and my mate did it, 238km in 4 1/2 days and all 44 locks.

that reminds me of some friends who did base camp everest. They has some fantastic photos but Colin did comment it was the same view for a week!

yes it was a bit of a head f##k at times as we was doing around 50 km a day.

yes i have a good tan now mate! and it was a lot of fun at times as we had to bum places to stay as you can see as we went.

my dads got a 335d (those of you on PH will know all about the 'unbeatable' 335d ), they are bloody quick though
