Fucking Minispares!!

Order via internet (if you can find the stuff you want on their shitty new site)

Wait ages (I expect at least a week now but a month with no word from the bastards?!!!)

Email repeatedly (at least 10 emails to every miniapares email address I can find over 3 weeks! with NO REPLY WHATSOEVER... !!)

Finally the parcel turns up with no warning meaning I miss the postie and it goes back to the post office and I have to go and collect it.

Also it pisses me off when I actually need something in a vague resemelance of a hurry so I drive 50 miles to them only to find some effing numpty working behind the counter who don't know his arse from the hole in his face he's ramming his finger up, he then proceeds to go and get EVERY ITEM ONE BY ONE!! taking his sweet time about it.

Jesus, I remember going in there once upon a time and you got such a thing as service! not only that ADVICE!! and they used to know most of the popular stock codes by heart.

If they didn't still do some good stuff they could take their warehouse full of stuff and ram it up fucking useless no customer service japseye's!!

well, now i've cooled of a bit, I'd have to say it varys between average and abysmal. and I suspect its getting worse all the time. Its not a problem if you can forsee what bits you'll be needing in 3 weeks!!

Maybe i should of read this before placing my order last sunday. And i have to say i agree with alot of you they suck big time.
They send you an email with yep it's been shipped and only half the shits on the list the rest's on back order (Shock Horror).

Unless you plan 2-4 weeks ahead of time watchout and plan for disapointment.

Anyone know where i can get a firstmotion bearing around cannock staffs ?

yeh i found when i rang in that i was having to explain components to an idiot wish i recorded the convo, went summit like this... "Hello there i would like to order a pair of radius arms" dude replies "some what ?" i then say "radius arms ! they mount onto the rear subframe, you know the component that the wheel mounts onto, swings up and down ....." then dude says " subframe ?" i hung up i honestly thought he had to be taking the piss. i even doubted my knoledge so looked in the haynes manual. thank fuck i was right !.........................but after all that they are still cheaper and better than mini sport !

its nothing dude in fact if you find one on your car or perhaps 2 you got to set fire to your car quickly so it does not eat you...be carefull and always wear gauntelts when searching for them if you get bitten its game over (lol i need a holliday)
