Clutch was an ebay special. Verto. more than likely a 998. The clutch pedal is super soft so there's not enough clamping pressure. The clutch has springs in it.

Yes, I have to say that's probably a wise move with the belt, I used to swear by them, now I swear at them LOL.

I'm gonna go for the uprated Verto turbo clucth kit. I want a springless plate though. Is it a 180mm or 190mm that I should go for??

Sounds good, but surely it makes more sense to fit the cooler then go on the rollers as you'll end up needing it rollering twice?? On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

Well here's my intercooler fitted. It was originally a Escort turbo jobbie but I found that the plastic ends fouled everywhere. So I decided to make my own pieces and weld it up at work. The plenum bend was a bit of a bitch to weld as it's cast but wasn't to hard. the hardest bit was polishing the inside of it. The piping is courtesy of 'Kean' (Great bloke).

Tidy install. Is the intercooler just sitting in there or did you make any mounting brackets?
